Our Vision

Our Vision Statement

It is the dream of a place where the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, and the confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement.

“The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the LORD’S favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.”
Isaiah 61:1-3

It is the dream of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the thousands of residents of Northwest Arkansas.

“This gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”
Matthew 24:14

It is the dream of welcoming 1,000 members into the fellowship of our church family – loving, learning, laughing and living together in harmony.

“How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!”
Psalm 133:1

It is the dream of developing people to spiritual maturity through Bible studies, small groups, seminars, retreats, and a Bible school for our members.

“[God gave people] to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.”
Ephesians 4:12-13

It is the dream of equipping every believer for a significant ministry by helping them discover the gifts and talents God gave them.

“It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”
Ephesians 4:11-12

It is the dream of sending out career missionaries and church workers all around the world, and empowering every member for a personal life mission in the world. It is the dream of sending our members on short-term mission projects to every continent. It is the dream of starting a new daughter church every 5 years.

“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8

It is the dream to develop a beautiful, yet simple campus including a worship center seating 1,000, and counseling and prayer center, classrooms for Bible studies and training lay ministers, and a recreation area. All of this will be designed to minister to the total person – spiritually, emotionally, physically, and socially – and set in a peaceful, inspiring garden landscape with bright flowers, beautiful trees, pools of water, sparking fountains, and flowing streams.

“In Him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord.”
Ephesians 2:21

PREPARING FOR RAIN

In the movie, Facing the Giants, Grant Taylor, a discouraged football coach at Shiloh Christian Academy, gets an unexpected spiritual lesson from Mr. Bridges, a prayer warrior. When the coach tells Mr. Bridges "I just don't see God at work here," the prayer warrior responds with a story.

"Grant, I heard a story about two farmers who desperately needed rain. Both of them prayed for rain, but only one of them went out and prepared his fields to receive it. Which one do you think trusted God to send the rain?"

"Well, the one who prepared his fields for it."

"Which one are you? God will send the rain when He is ready. You need to prepare your field to receive it."

“Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near.”
James 5:7-8
